Galler Rimm Behavioral Health (GRBH) is led by husband and wife team Dr. Michael Rimm and Dr. Gabrielle Galler-Rimm. Dr. Rimm is a Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist, and Dr. Galler-Rimm is a Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician. They have been married for 40 years, practicing physicians for nearly 30 years, and have lived on Maui Hawaii since 2002. They continue to have extremely gratifying personal and professional lives together. They have raised two successful sons and have achieved consistently excellent treatment outcomes in their long careers.
Our practice offers comprehensive, strength-based, and outcome-focused approaches to the many challenges faced by children, adolescents, youth in transition to adulthood, and adults. They strive to define a specific treatment plan that is clear and efficient, and that has value to each patient, family member, and/or any other significant person who may be in a caring and supportive role.
GRBH considers the patient’s strengths, opportunities, and potential valued resources as well as family and cultural values and practices when addressing behavioral/psychiatric conditions, including autism, mood disorders, insomnia and other disorders. Drs. Rimm and Galler-Rimm often work closely with other mental health and healthcare providers, educational facilities, and other social agencies in efforts to define and promote a “whatever it takes” approach. Their treatments combine evidenced based practices, the latest in the rapidly developing fields of the neurosciences, and a variety of other well-established therapeutic interventions to promote competence, practical outcomes, and peak performance.
GRBH are now offering “Personalized Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (PrTMS), which is an innovative, customized, and non-invasive treatment approach to restoring neuronal harmony. This in turn can potentially improve brain function and reduce or eliminate neurocognitive symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, autism, ADHD, opioid addiction and other psychiatric conditions. Please contact us if you have questions about this treatment or are interested in scheduling an assessment.
